Prices & Availability

In July and August the Finca is available for rent at £1800.00 per week.

The Casita is available for rent separately from September through to June at Euro 55.00 per night with a minimum 2 night stay.

A welcome pack is provided for both the Finca and Casita.

Rental Charges
We accept payment in both sterling or euros. Visit xe.com for daily currency rates.

Notes:
Payment is accepted by bank transfer, cheque or Paypal (by credit card if you have a Paypal account). Details of where to send payment will be confirmed on booking.

How To Book
Please complete and print out the Booking Form with your signature and send along with a cheque (if applicable) for the booking fee to the address detailed on our contact page.

Confirmation Of Your Reservation / Booking Fee
A non-refundable booking fee of 25% of the rental cost will be payable when confirming your reservation. Bank transfers are accepted. Contact us for bank details.
Upon receipt of the cleared funds you will receive confirmation of your reservation (via e-mail or regular post, whichever is most convenient to you).

Balance Of Rental Cost
The outstanding balance is required to be paid in full 8 weeks prior to your arrival date if you are paying by bank transfer. For bookings less than 8 weeks prior to departure the full rental cost will be due at the time of booking. Your reservation cannot be held if the funds are not received.

Deposit
A fully refundable deposit of £250 is required against damage or breakages to be paid at the same time as the balance of the rental cost. This deposit will be returned within 20 days of the end of your rental period following inspection for breakages or damage by our caretaker. In the event of any damage or breakages a suitable sum will be deducted to cover replacement or repair.

Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellation must be made in writing by the signatory of the Booking Form. If you cancel your holiday you will be liable to pay charges as set out below:
